Brokerage: We act as intermediaries for you between Buyer and Seller or Landlord and Tenant. We help identify suitable properties, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Digital Infrastructure Advisory: We have many years of experience in the digital infrastructure space, including data centers, CEA, EV charging, selected manufacturing, crypto and other blockchain solutions.
Investment Advisory: We provide advice and analysis to clients interested in using commercial real estate as an investment vehicle. We assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies.
Valuation and Appraisal: We help determine the market value of commercial properties. This is crucial for buyers, sellers, and lenders to make informed decisions.
Site Development and Construction: We are involved in site development and construction projects. We oversee the selection, planning, design, and construction phases of commercial developments, such as digital infrastructure campuses, retail developments, or industrial campuses.

Michael Shaw, Founder
Mr. Shaw has more than 20 years of direct experience in CRE (commercial real estate) brokerage, leasing, acquisitions and direct operational oversight in executive and leadership positions. He sits on the investment committee for funds and leads Principal Real Estate Partners.
Shaw is also currently Managing Director of Cielo Digital Infrastructure, LLC. and a member of the SETC Board of Advisors (Sustainable Enterprise Technology Council)
Prior to Founding Principal Real Estate Partners, Shaw served as Vice President of Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate. He has held senior positions with other real estate and digital infrastructure companies DCRBN Ventures, div of NextEra Energy Resources, GIGA Data Centers, a modular edge data center company, T5 Data Centers, DuPont Fabros Technology, DeepNines Technology, and HighTech Labs. Michael’s early career includes time in the transportation (Roadway Express) sector and marketing/advertising sector.
Mr. Shaw has provided expertise and execution of projects for many National, Regional & local firms. He works closely with an extensive national network of tenants, brokers, equity clients, and construction teams to source opportunity and drive portfolio value. Mr. Shaw graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio..
